| Plastogreen Centre range of doors/frames/architraves is guaranteed by Plastogreen Centre Interio (P) Limited (hereinafter referred to as "the manufacturer") for one (1) year from the date of invoice to be free from defects arising from faulty workmanship or materials, subjects to the following conditions. |
| 1. Doors/frames/architraves
are to be installed and maintained according to the manufacture's
recommendations, and are not to be subjected to misuse, abuse or
neglect. Doors that have become defective arising from the failure to
follow these conditions and doors that have been subjected to shipment
or storage hazards after they have left from the control of the
manufacturer shall not be valid and covered within this warranty. 2. Doors/frames/architraves are to be inspected upon arrival for visible defects and any claim arising there on must be filed within seven (7) working days, in writing to the company. 3. The manufacturer shall not be liable for any additional charge for installation painting or other charges, including incidental costs, arising from the repair of doors/frames/architraves. 4. Repairs are to be carried out only by the manufacturer and its appointed agents. There will be no reimbursement, for any charges incurred for the repair or replacement of doors/frames/architraves without the prior written consent of the manufacturer to such replacement. 5. Warranty shall not be covered when doors/frames/architraves opened and found defective but installed or not in the same condition as delivered. 6. Paints, Coats, colours and finishing materials are of interior grade quality. Any surface fading due to direct sunlight will not be covered under warranty. 7. Pictorial representation is intended only as indication and reference of design and colour. Material, construction and finishing can be different from the original images, while getting manufactured. 8. Greatest care will be taken in ensuring the faithful reproduction of colours, style, design, relative layouts and finish. Deviation may occur, as several products are hand crafted, hand painted and hand coloured and hand designed by our expert artisans. 9. Colours and grains may be different from the actual picture, depending on the raw materials, suppliers, places and countries. 10. Plastogreen Centre doesn't take guarantee for the Doors/Frames/Architraves while it is used in awkward handling conditions/methods including exposed to sunlight, high temperatures and heavy physical loads. |
